A Family Enterprise

Coldwell Banker Beach Properties of Costa Rica (CBBP) is a family enterprise, consisting of Jim & Linda Gray, along with their daughter, Pamela and her husband, Terry. Together we bring together a wealth of experience, knowledge and talents.

The Grays

In addition to being managing partners of CBBP, Jim & Linda are also the co-owners of the Coldwell Banker Master Franchise for all of Costa Rica. They have owned and operated the Coldwell Banker Coast to Coast Properties office in Playas del Coco for over 10 years. Prior to this, Jim & Linda were brokers in the Coldwell Banker office in Laguna Beach, CA for 15 years.

Linda Gray was also instrumental in establishing the Costa Rica Global Association of Realtors (CRGAR). She was elected the organization's first president and continues to sit on the board, contributing greatly to the advancement of professionalism in the real estate industry in Costa Rica.

The Wrights

Terry and Pamela Wright are in charge of daily operations and are the brokers of record for the CBBP office. They worked in the Coldwell Banker office in Playas del Coco, with the Grays, until it became obvious that another office was needed to service the emerging growth in the Gold Coast and then opening the Coldwell Banker office in Brasilito.

We are continually expanding our knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry and the Costa Rican real estate environment. We attend and exhibit at US National Association of Realtors (NAR) conferences and at the Coldwell Banker International conferences, in addition to attending seminars on Costa Rican real estate law, accounting practices, and maritime laws.
