Real Estate Consultant

Work as an independent contractor with Coldwell Banker.

Responsibilities include: Attracting buyers and sellers, managing buyer and seller relationships, promoting properties, negotiating and closing deals. Learn the Coldwell Banker Sales model and work within the Coldwell Banker Beach Properties transaction system.

Requirements: Legal to work in Costa Rica. Some real estate experience helpful. Independent worker who is self motivated. Strong English language skills (written and oral). Have a car and a laptop computer.
